Why I have so much respect for The Obs and Electrico is because since a very long time ago, they have been playing music and until both their debut albums were released, they shocked Singapore that GOOD MUSIC can be made BY SINGAPOREANS. When I said 'a very long time ago', I'd mean more than 10 years before.
Can you believe it? 10 years! And they have never stopped. I mean, well, The Obs weren't formed back then I guess. Neither did the current line up for Electrico. This somehow strengthens my point when I say, EVEN WHEN THEY ARE ALONE (Leslie, David, Dharma, William.. just to give a few names!) their strong desire to create music has been on their side. Well of course, it should be! Look where they are now.
Moving to the present day bullshit we get, many of us, if you've been ticked the past few days, wonder how can someone have a heart to say that it's not just gonna be Electrico fuelling the rock scene.. Ok, first of all, fuck you, second of all, you must have a lot of balls to say that, third of all, you're 100% inaccurate about the statements you make regarding your band fuelling it harder than them.
Let's face it, your band may get fans, but I guess your fans are nothing short of deaf. Will your fans really follow you down the road for 10 years after all the weak covers you've been doing? You guys are an awful representation of the dead and done. Give some respect motherfucker. At least to the band you're covering, and of course to Electrico. Shit dude, if you get exposed (which you did), I dunno how many fucking people are gonna fucking beat you to the bone.
And to the people who are reliving the glam rock era, please don't shame it. Guess it's a hype then. How could you shame something you love? It's impossible. If it was just a passing fad, you wouldn't look too far into it. Therefore, I have hope, that all you little faggots will be crushed.
